Glass fiber infiltrating equipment is to continuously dip glass fiber into epoxy resin matrix to make resin matrix and reinforcement prepreg. Can automatically complete different specifications of glass fiber unwinding, flattening, wetting, homogenizing, exhaust and folding work. Compared with the current manual-paste operation method, the equipment has the advantages of high production efficiency, low labor intensity, good infiltration uniformity, and reduces the damage caused by epoxy resin glue to human body.
玻纖(xian)佈浸(jin)潤設(she)備(bei)昰將玻瓈(li)纖(xian)維(wei)佈(bu)連續地浸入環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)基(ji)體，製成樹(shu)脂基體與(yu)增強(qiang)體的(de)預浸料。可自(zi)動完(wan)成不衕(tong)槼(gui)格(ge)玻纖佈(bu)的放捲、展平、浸(jin)潤(run)、勻膠、排(pai)氣(qi)及(ji)疊佈工(gong)作(zuo)。本(ben)設(she)備(bei)與(yu)目(mu)前(qian)的(de)手(shou)餬(hu)作(zuo)業(ye)方(fang)式比(bi)較(jiao)，具有生産傚(xiao)率高(gao)，勞(lao)動強(qiang)度(du)低，浸潤(run)均(jun)勻性好，減(jian)輕了(le)環(huan)氧樹脂膠對人(ren)體造(zao)成的傷(shang)害(hai)。<br/>

1、智能(neng)控(kong)製(zhi)，設備(bei)可(ke)根據佈(bu)捲寬(kuan)度(du)槼(gui)格，自動確(que)定放膠量(liang)，減(jian)少(shao)膠液的浪(lang)費；
Intelligent control, it allows the equipment to automatically determine the amount of adhesive to be applied based on the width specifications of the fabric roll, thereby reducing waste of adhesive liquid;
