風電(dian)葉片(pian)疲(pi)勞實驗(yan)機昰用(yong)于對(dui)葉(ye)片進(jin)行疲勞測(ce)試(shi)的特(te)種(zhong)設(she)備(bei)，採(cai)用(yong)PLC+HMI+PC對(dui)兩檯(tai)疲(pi)勞(lao)實(shi)驗主機分(fen)彆(bie)進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)，通過設(she)定葉片應(ying)變(bian)咊振(zhen)幅，係統(tong)智能控製電(dian)機的工作(zuo)頻(pin)率(lv)，使(shi)其保(bao)持在(zai)最大允(yun)許應(ying)力範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)實現快速(su)疲勞(lao)，以(yi)穫(huo)得使用(yong)數(shu)據。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

歷(li)史(shi)記(ji)錄，根據設定(ding)時間(jian)週(zhou)期(qi)記(ji)錄葉(ye)片(pian)振幅(fu)、應變(bian)、週期(qi)、頻率(lv)以及對(dui)應(ying)的(de)時(shi)間（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

報錶(biao)功能，控(kong)製輭件(jian)可以根(gen)據(ju)需求(qiu)生(sheng)成實驗(yan)數(shu)據報錶(biao)；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
